Cancellation will be subject to a full refund (the amount of your refund depends on the exchange rate from the day we issue the refund with additional processing fee) and may take up to three weeks to be processed. Requests for refunds must be received in writing by sending email to [email protected]
within 23:59 hours (GMT +7:00 Thailand time) of Sept 30, 2026 No refunds will be issued after the mentioned date and time.
Refunds will not be issued for any events or services included in the Congress that are not used at the discretion of the participant.
